Notes from the dealer
The 2026 Honda Prelude returns as a sleek 2+2 sport coupe that marks the iconic nameplate's rebirth with advanced hybrid performance and striking fastback styling. Under the hood, a two-motor hybrid powertrain paired with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine generates a combined 200 horsepower and 232 lb-ft of torque, driving the front wheels via a direct-drive transmission with Honda S+ Shift simulated gear controls. The chassis benefits from Civic Type R-derived technology, featuring dual-axis strut front suspension, an adaptive damper system, and 4-piston Brembo front brakes behind 19-inch Berlina Black alloy wheels. Inside, the driver-centric cabin comes equipped with heated leather-trimmed sport seats, a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment display with Google built-in and wireless smartphone integration, a Bose premium audio system, and the full suite of standard Honda Sensing safety features.
